GITEC Methodologies
GITEC believes in two main training methodologies:
1. Force Field Analysis
GITEC adopts a simple method of visualizing the elements
that will help or hinder any proposed changes so we can
prepare a realistic implementation for the training plan.
2. Case Studies and Workshops
GITEC believes that case studies and real-life examples help
participants to interpret theory into practice. Participants
on any course will be given the opportunity to review and
practice a variety of skills enabling them to effectively
develop themselves and others in the workplace. Role plays
will allow delegates to practice newly acquired skills in a
safe environment.
“The will to do springs from the knowledge that we can do.”
- James Allen (1864–1912) American author of As A Man
Thinketh.
Our wide range of courses provide blended solutions through
comprehensive diversified training modules. GITEC adopted
methodology of understanding how professionals learn,
enabled us to unlock the knowledge of individuals in your
workforce and drive value for your organization.
